Cutting Recruitment Costs Web 2.0 Style
Helping you to hire better people at less cost
Hi, my name is Peter Gold and I've been using the Internet since 1997 to attract and hire great people. In 1999 I launched the first low cost Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which is still in use by organisations today. I sold the company in 2002 and since then I have been helping organisations such as Sodexo, Boots, Tesco, Mothercare, DHL, Pets at Home and many others on how to use the Internet as part of their recruitment strategy to reduce their recruitment costs and reliance on recruitment agencies.
Reducing recruitment agency fees
But what has really amazed me recently is how web 2.0 has changed the face of technology and how you can now get so much for so little; which is why I wrote this latest report around what I call the low cost ATS and web 2.0 recruitment channels.
Not only do you get a lot for your money but getting vendors to work together is no longer hard work which gives you an even better overall system.
