Talent Technology

Small giants with big ideas

Whilst we like to think we are big in what we do, as social media is still in its infancy, we think experience and a focus on being the best for our customers says more than just size. A bit like James Bond maybe? Suave, sophisticated and very good (so we stay alive) but not trying to be everywhere at the same time, ending up bad and dead!

What we are

Social media converts, dedicated consultants, web 2.0 technology believers focused on helping the important people (our customers) kill their competition (OK, beat is probably a better word) so they get to hire, engage and develop the best people around (we're bored with talent) so they can build even greater companies.

But as we are small giants(marketing speak would be niche!) and ethical (we like to do a great job) we only take on the right jobs where we believe we can deliver measureable business improvements. So, to make sure we are super efficient, we have all the latest gadgets and web gizmos made by our very own Q, a highly efficient office courtesy of Miss Moneypenny, M (a secret of course) and a few fast cars to get us to lots of places in real quick time.

Our customers say we are talent technology experts, and although our community is growing, we like to think we are just very good (and humble) at getting web 2.0 and social media technologies to help your people do a better job - ultimately you decide but it's the results that count.

Next step

If you want to seriously engage your employees, attact the best people, and learn from your community (this could be employees, suppliers, customers etc) then please do contact us for an initial discussion.  Anyone who (currently) claims to be a social media expert is well, maybe a little ahead of themselves.  We just happen to have had a few more experiences than some so we'll be more than happy to share what we know with anyone that is interested.

You 'really' understand the context, market, and business cultures that you work within.

You appreciate my pressures, deliverables and the speed that I need to operate at.
