Since 2003, Hire Strategies has worked with some large brand organisations such as Tesco, New Look, Superdrug, Boots, Mothercare, Pets at Home, Sodexo and Homeserve whilst also helping many other smaller enterprises transform how they recruit and make ongoing substantial cost savings.
Prior to forming Hire Strategies, Peter Gold built one of the first e-recruitment systems in the UK which was subsequently sold in 2002 to Jobs.co.uk plc. Prior to that he spent 12 years working for three large recruitment businesses, Manpower, Kelly Services and Securicor Recruitment. This gives Peter unique expertise and knowledge in this field which transcends both recruitment and technology.
Hire Strategies also provide a number of reports and e-mail programmes to help organisations improve how they recruit but also how they can engage the people they already employ.
